Dave Mattingley

Dave specializes in fighting for his clients. He prides himself in helping folks when the cards seem stacked against them. Dave represents those facing criminal charges. As a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel, he routinely defends individuals under federal indictment. He also represents consumers victimized by fraudulent, abusive, and predatory business practices. His practice also includes personal injury, civil litigation, and small business litigation.

Dave, his wife Katie, and their two boys Zander and Johnnie, are often found enjoying Montana’s wilderness and rivers. Dave also enjoys coaching his boys, fishing and hunting.
