Francesca diStefano
Francesca specializes in providing effective and affordable legal services to individual and business clients throughout Montana. She is client and resolution focused, working diligently to achieve her client’s desired outcome. Francesca represents clients in personal injury cases; civil litigation; property disputes, including easement related litigation; evictions; business matters, including business startup and litigation; and estate planning. Francesca is admitted to practice in all Montana state courts, and the United States District Court for the District of Montana. She is a member of the Montana State Bar, and the Northwest Montana Bar.
Francesca was born and raised in Kalispell, Montana. She returned home to start diStefano & Mattingley, PLLP after working for a number of years in Missoula, Montana. When she is not working, she spends her time floating, fishing, skiing, camping, and relaxing on Montana’s beautiful lakes and rivers.
